I (tony) lived in Antigua already since 2015, my brother seeing that he was in the city, and a place for the hummus in the city seemed kind of a biiiiig location decision, saw Antigua as a tight community, and that has a better background knowledge of Hummus & Pita Bread , and how it should taste.
So we went looking for places....and, let me say...prices are not the most friendly for a small startup. But we found one, and it had a lot of work to be our simple hummus store. This is a picture of how it was before we worked on it.
With the pressure of the opening, we were missing a lot of things...so we chose to open without a big event or anything. (the big thing will come on our 1st year anniversary!)
After a couple of days of cleaning, painting, nailing, screwing, buying...we put it together, and the adventure started on May 17th. It ended up looking like this:
Which we then added a chill zone (a hit) for both clients and non-clients haha. The adventure never ends, I'll show you all that has happened bit by bit.
